Every CPAP or BiPAP order includes a genuine machine, home setup and mask fitting by a licensed RT, patient education, a mask and tubing for day one, one year of free cleaning, calibration and maintenance, and a one-year follow-up sleep program with an RT check-in after setup. Every purchase starts with a free RT teleconsult, and every machine includes licensed RT setup: in person inside our service area, which runs across Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan and Batangas, or by phone or video call after the machine is shipped to you outside it. Exact coverage depends on your address within that radius, so book a free teleconsult and we'll confirm which mode applies to you before you commit to anything.

About CPAP/BiPAP therapy
CPAP delivers one steady pressure. BiPAP delivers two: a higher pressure as you breathe in and a lower pressure as you breathe out. That pressure pattern is the main difference.
Respyre carries several BiPAP models, including the ResMed AirCurve 11, the ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto, and the Yuwell BiPAP YH-830.
Your doctor chooses the machine and its prescribed settings. A licensed RT sets it up to that prescription and fits your mask.

Delivery & setup
RT setup is included with every machine, everywhere in the Philippines. In our service area, which covers Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan, and Batangas, your RT does the setup in person, in your home. Outside that radius, we ship the machine to you via Lalamove/Grab or LBC/JRS/J&T, whichever carrier serves your address, and your RT completes the setup and education by phone or video call. Coverage runs on a serviceable radius from our base in Las Piñas, not every address in those six areas automatically, so tell us your exact address on the free teleconsult and we'll confirm which mode applies to you. Yes, with every CPAP or BiPAP purchase. Inside our service area a licensed RT sets up the machine and fits your mask in your home. Outside it, your RT does the setup with you by phone or video call. The home setup guide explains what the visit is like.
