Buying a machine
Prices vary. Yuwell models typically start at a lower price point, while ResMed AutoSet models are higher-end. We show indicative starting prices on our catalog pages; your exact bundle price (machine + RT setup) is confirmed on your free teleconsult. No hidden SKUs, no surprises.
Yes. Every machine we carry is a genuine unit from brands like Yuwell, ResMed, and Löwenstein, with full manufacturer warranty terms explained in plain language. No fine print surprises.
Every machine ships with its full manufacturer warranty. Your RT confirms the model and serial number with you at setup and walks you through the warranty terms in plain language, so you have a clear written record of what you bought and what it covers.
Our care bundles include the machine and RT setup, because a CPAP set up incorrectly is therapy that often fails. The RT home setup is what makes therapy stick. Your RT confirms pricing on the free teleconsult.
Respyre doesn't operate a walk-in retail store. Every purchase starts with a free RT teleconsult, then a licensed RT does the home setup in Metro Manila, or we ship the machine to you outside Metro Manila. Book a free teleconsult and we'll walk you through the whole process before you commit to anything.
Yes. Check our Value Picks page. These are gently-used, like-new machines fully inspected and sanitized by our licensed RTs. Same care bundle, lower price.
About CPAP/BiPAP therapy
CPAP delivers one continuous pressure. BiPAP delivers two: a higher pressure for inhale and a lower one for exhale, making it easier to breathe against for people with higher pressure needs or certain conditions. Your doctor or our licensed RT will recommend based on your sleep study results.
Respyre carries several BiPAP models, including the ResMed AirCurve 11, the ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto, and the Yuwell BiPAP YH-830.
CPAP/BiPAP are regulated medical devices in the Philippines. A prescription from a physician is standard; our licensed RT can walk you through the process on your free teleconsult.
A sleep study (polysomnography or home sleep test) is the formal test that diagnoses sleep apnea and determines the pressure settings you need. Without a sleep study, there is no reliable way to know your correct pressure. Our licensed RT will advise on how to get one.
OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea) is caused by a blocked airway; CSA (Central Sleep Apnea) is caused by the brain not sending proper breathing signals. Importantly, you can have sleep apnea without snoring loudly, especially with CSA. A sleep study is the only way to tell which type you have.
Delivery & setup
We serve Metro Manila for RT home setup visits. For machine delivery only (without home setup), we ship via Lalamove/Grab (Metro Manila) or LBC/JRS/J&T (outside Metro Manila). Ask on your free teleconsult and we'll confirm coverage for your specific area.
Typically within a few days of your free teleconsult, depending on your location and our RT schedule. Book the teleconsult first and we'll plan from there.
Your licensed RT arrives, installs the machine, fits your mask size, tunes comfort settings, and makes sure you understand how to use and clean the equipment. They'll also answer your questions. Follow-up support continues by chat and, if needed, another home visit.
Support & warranty
We offer mask fitting (S/M/L) and follow-up adjustments. If a mask isn't working, your RT will troubleshoot and can recommend alternatives. A bad mask fit is the number one reason people quit CPAP. We take it seriously.
Manufacturer warranty terms vary by model (typically 1-2 years for the machine). Your RT explains the specific warranty on your teleconsult. No fine print surprises.
Confirm the right machine with your RT during your free teleconsult before you order; machines are matched to your situation and reserved as serialized stock once ordered. If something is wrong before delivery or the unit is still sealed, contact us right away. Our standard return policy covers unopened items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery; once a unit's seal is broken it can no longer be returned, for hygiene and re-sale integrity reasons.
No returns on opened or unsealed items. Items must be in original packaging with serial numbers, returned within 7 days. Hygienic items (masks, cushions, hoses) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Contact us before returning anything; most issues can be resolved without a return.
Absolutely. We offer sleep hygiene support: building better sleep habits without a machine. We also carry a positioning pillow that can help with sleep positioning for some OSA patients. If budget is the concern, talk to our RT; we'll help you start where you are.
Cost, machine types & data
Respyre currently sells CPAP and BiPAP machines rather than renting them. If a trial period or rental arrangement matters to your decision, reach out and ask us directly, we're happy to talk through what fits your situation.
Ask us about payment options when you reach out. We can walk you through what's available for your specific machine and situation.
A CPAP typically draws only 30 to 60 watts, adding a small amount to a monthly bill. It will not run in an outage without a battery or inverter backup sized to its wattage.

PhilHealth and HMO coverage depends on your specific benefits and plan, which vary from person to person. The most reliable way to know what applies to you is to confirm directly with your provider. Our licensed RT can help you understand what to ask during your free teleconsult.

CPAP delivers one steady pressure all night. APAP automatically adjusts pressure up or down through the night. BiPAP delivers one pressure for inhaling and a lower pressure for exhaling. Which one fits you depends on your sleep study and what your doctor or RT determines.
Most CPAP and BiPAP machines log how many hours you used the machine each night, how well your mask sealed (leak rate), and sometimes how many breathing pauses were detected. It's viewable on the machine's screen or through a companion app, depending on the model. Your RT can walk through your data with you at a follow-up and explain what the numbers mean for your specific setup, as a tool for a conversation, not a self-diagnosis.
Maintenance & buying safely
Wipe the mask cushion daily with a damp cloth or mild soap and water. Wash the headgear straps and tubing weekly with mild soap, rinsing well and air-drying fully before use. Empty the humidifier's water chamber daily and give it a deeper wash weekly, using only distilled water. Check the air filter weekly and replace it per the manufacturer's guidance, commonly every 1-2 months. Let every washed part dry completely before your next use, and avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, or scented soaps, which can degrade silicone parts over time. Your RT covers this routine during your home setup visit.
Watch for a mask that won't hold a seal, a hose with a visible crack or leak, a machine that sounds noticeably different than usual, or an error light or message on the display. A sudden drop in nightly usage hours or a spike in reported leak rate on your app or display is also worth a call to your RT. When in doubt, reach out.
Insomnia is difficulty falling or staying asleep, even with the chance to sleep. Sleep apnea is a breathing pattern where breathing repeatedly pauses or becomes shallow during sleep, which can happen even if someone falls asleep easily. The two aren't mutually exclusive. A sleep study is the reliable way to know for certain; talk to your doctor about which evaluation fits what you're experiencing.
Look for a real business address and contact number, a machine with its original manufacturer packaging and documentation, a warranty honored directly by the seller, and a willingness to confirm the model and serial number before you pay. Be cautious of a listing with no serial number visible, blurry or reused photos, or a price far below every other listing for the same exact model with no explanation.
