Our licensed RTs
Your Respyre setup is performed by our licensed respiratory therapists.
Respyre was built by a respiratory therapist, for patients and for RTs. Our licensed respiratory therapists set up your machine, fit your mask, and answer your chat, never a call center. You can ask about their credentials during your free teleconsult.
Our RTs hold active licenses, and you can ask about their credentials before scheduling. No call center, no unlicensed handoff, the same clinician from setup to follow-up.

You can ask about our RTs' credentials during your free teleconsult, before a home visit is scheduled.
The RT who sets up your machine is the one who fits your mask and answers your chat, never an outsourced call center.
Respyre was built by a respiratory therapist. Our RTs' credentials and our accountability to you are available on request.
Pulmonologists and ENTs diagnose, but often have nowhere reliable to send patients for home setup and compliance follow-up. We handle it professionally and send compliance reports back to you, so there's zero embarrassment risk to your name.
"Your RT, [referring RT's name], referred you to Respyre and may receive a professional fee from us for setup, education, and follow-up work performed on your case. This fee does not change based on which machine you choose or its price, and it is never a reason your RT would recommend one machine over another. If a different device or provider is a better clinical fit for you, your RT is expected to tell you that."
A referral relationship you don't know about is the thing that erodes trust; one you're told about plainly, in language that explains what it does and doesn't affect, is just how healthcare with any referral network actually works. We'd rather you know and still trust the recommendation than not know and wonder later.
