Sleep apnea care, minus the hospital trip.

A licensed respiratory therapist sets up your machine, fits your mask, and follows through at home. From CPAP/BiPAP setup to homecare RT and sleep hygiene support. No need to bring your parent to a clinic.

What we do at home

Real clinical care, delivered to your living room.

RT home setup & mask fitting

Your licensed RT installs the machine, fits the right mask size, and tunes the comfort settings with you, so the first nights feel manageable, not like a fight. See what the visit involves.

Homecare RT

Our licensed respiratory therapists deliver advanced care at home: pulmonary rehabilitation, tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilator setup and monitoring, and high-flow oxygen support. See ventilator routes or see high-flow support.

Sleep hygiene support

Not ready for a machine yet? We'll help you build stronger sleep habits first: sleep scheduling, positioning, light/sound management, and relaxation techniques. Good sleep hygiene works for everyone, with or without a device.

Comprehensive follow-up sleep program

For one year after setup, your follow-up program includes check-ins, mask and machine support, cleaning guidance, and maintenance coordination within the RT's professional scope.

1 year free cleaning and calibration & maintenance

For one year after setup, cleaning and calibration & maintenance are included at no extra charge. Your RT will explain what each visit covers for your machine.

Doctor compliance reports

For referring pulmonologists and ENTs: structured home setup with compliance reports sent back, so you can refer with confidence.

Advanced homecare

Homecare RT services

Beyond CPAP/BiPAP setup, our licensed respiratory therapists provide clinical care at home for patients with complex respiratory needs. All services are performed by licensed RTs. The right service for your situation is confirmed on consultation with our team.

For an education-first overview of equipment routes, see home respiratory support, mechanical ventilator enquiries, or high-flow support.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation

A structured program of supervised breathing exercises, physical conditioning, and education delivered at home. Designed for patients recovering from respiratory illness or living with chronic lung conditions, pulmonary rehabilitation helps improve endurance, manage breathlessness, and build confidence in daily activity. Your RT designs a program around your current capacity and adjusts it as you progress.

Tracheostomy Care

For patients with a tracheostomy tube, consistent, correct care is essential for comfort and safety. Our licensed RT performs routine trach care at home: cleaning and changing the inner cannula, suctioning secretions, checking the stoma site, and educating caregivers on proper technique. We work alongside your medical team's care plan.

Mechanical Ventilator Weaning

For patients who have been on mechanical ventilation and are ready to reduce their dependence on it, a structured weaning plan helps the respiratory muscles gradually take over breathing. Your licensed RT monitors breathing effort and tolerance during weaning sessions, communicates progress to your physician, and adjusts the plan as guided by your clinical team.

Vent Setup and Monitoring

Our RTs set up home mechanical ventilators, verify settings match your physician's prescription, and train patients and caregivers on safe, correct use. Ongoing monitoring visits check that the ventilator is performing as intended and that the patient is tolerating therapy. Any concern is escalated to the referring physician.

High-Flow Oxygen Support

For high-flow oxygen rental or purchase enquiries, our licensed RT team can discuss setup, caregiver education, and scheduled monitoring within the physician's care plan. Review the high-flow route.

Transport Ventilator Enquiries

Transport-ventilator use stays inside a qualified enquiry. The appropriate physician and licensed RT team discuss whether this route is relevant and what arrangements would apply; this page does not promise ambulance availability or transport arrangements.

All homecare RT services require a physician referral or care plan. Our licensed RTs work within your medical team's instructions. This page is general and educational; it is not medical advice.
