The Yuwell YH-830 is a bilevel (BiPAP) machine in spontaneous/timed (S/T) mode, with an adjustable backup breathing rate and a built-in blood oxygen level (SpO2) monitor, plus a humidifier.

Items should be in their original packaging with the corresponding serial number/s.
Defective or faulty units are covered by the manufacturer warranty, not this return policy. If your machine arrives with a fault or develops one, contact us and we will process the warranty claim for you, no unopened-box requirement applies.

The Yuwell BiPAP YH-830 is a BiPAP machine. BiPAP (bilevel) machines deliver a different pressure on the inhale than the exhale, and are typically prescribed when a standard CPAP pressure isn't the right fit.
Every Respyre order includes licensed RT setup, patient education, a year of free cleaning and maintenance, a follow-up sleep program, warranty, and the mask and tubing you need on day one. Inside our service areas, the RT sets the machine up in your home in person. Outside our service areas, the machine is couriered to you and the RT runs setup and education by phone or video call. Either way, the RT checks in with you afterward.
