Respyre was built by a respiratory therapist, for RTs. If you are an independently practicing, PRC-licensed respiratory therapist and you refer a patient to us, here is exactly how the partnership works and how you are paid.

RT partner program

Built by an RT, for RTs.

There are too few respiratory therapists for too many patients who need home setup done right. If you're a licensed RT and you refer a patient to Respyre, here's exactly how it works and how you're paid.

What we pay for

A flat, disclosed professional fee for the clinical work an RT actually performs on a referred case: setup, mask fitting, patient education, and follow-up. The fee does not change based on which machine is sold, its price, or how many patients an RT has referred.

What we don't do

We don't pay a bonus per machine, don't scale the fee to a bigger or more expensive device, and don't pay for a referral that doesn't come with real clinical work attached. If a referral isn't the right clinical fit, we say so, even if that means no sale happens.

Every referral is disclosed

Before any setup happens, the patient is told in writing that their referring RT receives a professional fee from Respyre for the service performed, separate from and never dependent on any product recommendation.

Respyre works with independently practicing, PRC-licensed RTs. We don't currently partner with RTs employed by a government agency or facility. The RT who sees you clinically and the RT credited with a referral, if different, are always tracked separately.
How the partnership works

What we require before you refer a first patient.

  • An active PRC respiratory therapist license, verified before you join
  • A written fee-for-service consultant agreement, signed before any referral work begins
  • A signed patient disclosure on every referral, telling the patient about the Respyre relationship in plain language
  • Independent practice standing; RTs employed by a government agency or facility are not eligible

The fee is a fair-market rate for the clinical work performed, severed from referral count and sales volume. Clinical fit always comes first: if a referral is not the right fit for Respyre, or Respyre is not the right fit for the patient, we say so.
