Returns will not be accepted if items are:
- Opened or used
- Hygienic items (masks, cushions, hoses, filters)
- Missing their serial number/s
- Special orders (returned at our discretion)
- Returned without prior notification
- Returned more than 7 days after delivery
Items should be in their original packaging with the corresponding serial number/s.
Defective or faulty units are covered by the manufacturer warranty, not this return policy. If your machine arrives with a fault or develops one, contact us and we will process the warranty claim for you, no unopened-box requirement applies.

Every Respyre order includes RT home setup, patient education, one-year free cleaning, calibration and maintenance, a comprehensive follow-up sleep program, warranty, and consumables (mask and tubing). A licensed respiratory therapist sets the machine up in your home and checks in with you afterward, it isn't a drop-and-go delivery.
Delivery is a flat ₱500 within Metro Manila (Lalamove, Grab, or Angkas) and a flat ₱850 for provincial orders (LBC, JRS, or J&T). Processing time depends on stock and courier availability, and we send a tracking link or waybill number once your order ships.
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unopened and unused, in its original packaging with the serial number/s intact. Opened items, hygienic items like masks and hoses, and special orders aren't eligible for return.
